At Selxuni SpA (hereinafter "Selxuni," "we," or "the Platform"), with registered address at Av. Apoquindo 4700, Office 1205, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, RUT 77.432.158-3, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and its current amendments.
1. Data we collect
We collect information that you provide directly when registering on our platform, making inquiries, or investing in projects. This includes: full name, RUT (Chilean tax ID), email address, phone number, home address, financial information necessary for investor profile evaluation, and identity verification documents in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 19,913).
2. Use of personal data
We use your personal data to: (a) manage your account and investor profile; (b) process your investments and distribute returns; (c) comply with regulatory obligations before the CMF and SII; (d) send communications related to your investments and project updates; (e) improve our services and user experience; (f) prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: (a) consent given upon registration; (b) execution of the investment contract; (c) compliance with legal obligations (Law No. 20,393, Law No. 19,913, CMF regulations); (d) Selxuni's legitimate interest in improving its services and preventing illicit activities.
4. Data sharing with third parties
We may share your personal data with: (a) regulatory entities (CMF, UAF, SII) when legally required; (b) notaries and real estate registrars for the formalization of transactions; (c) technology service providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements; (d) external auditors for regulatory compliance verification. We do not sell or share your data for third-party advertising purposes.
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers located in certified data centers. We implement technical and organizational security measures, including AES-256 encryption, multi-factor authentication, audit logs, and restricted access protocols. We retain your data for the duration of your active account and for an additional period of 5 years in compliance with legal retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Under Chilean law, you have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) rectify incorrect or outdated information; (c) request the deletion of your data when no longer necessary; (d) object to processing in certain circumstances; (e) request data portability. 7. International transfers
In the event of transferring personal data outside of Chile, we ensure that destination countries have adequate levels of protection or that contractual clauses exist to ensure proper protection of your data, in accordance with standards established by the Chilean data protection authority.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Any substantial changes will be notified through the platform and by email with at least 15 days' advance notice. The current version will always be available on our website.
